Girls Rising 4th - Rising 9th Graders (2019 Fall School Year)

Residential: $475 ($455 Early Bird before April 19th)
Commuter: $375 ($355 Early Bird before April 19th)

Tuition will include all lodging, training, meals, and Davidson camp t-shirt

(An online convenience fee will be added upon registration)

(outside of 7 days): $125 non-refundable registration fee

(Within 7 days of camp): $200 non-refundable registration fee

On the day of camp: No refund unless there's a medical issue. A note from a physician is required for refund.

We must have a written note of cancellation emailed to [email protected]

Please also note that the online convenience fee is non-refundable.

Application deposits and fees are non-transferable.

Weather Policy- In the event of poor weather we will do everything policy to keep the each event on. We will also have an indoor option. In the event the weather causes a cancellation of an any camp or clinic the registration fee can be transferred into another camper/clinic date in the same year.

First Day Registration/Check In
Campers arrive between 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. to move into their rooms and provide camp bank fund for their child at the camp store (optional). 

Check in will be held at the Richardson Residence Hall (55) on the Davidson Campus Map. 

An introductory meeting will be at 2:15 p.m., followed by the first field session.

Final Day
Final matches begin at 9:30 am. Parents are invited (to all sessions). Closing ceremony at 11:30. Campers depart thereafter.

Non-Residential Campers
Non-residents will register on the first day of camp between 2:00 - 2:15 p.m., and will stay until 8:15 p.m. when they will be picked up by their parents. On the second and third days of camp, the campers will arrive at 8:45 a.m., and depart at 8:15 p.m. On the last day, the campers will again arrive at 8:45 a.m., and depart at 11:30 a.m.

Tuition will include each full days training, lodging for day 1, 2 & 3 of camp at a Davidson College dorm, Breakfast on day 2, 3 & 4 of camp, lunch on day 1, 2 & 3 of camp, dinner on day 1, 2 & 3 of camp and a Davidson camp t-shirt.

ALL LUNCH AND DINNER MEALS WILL BE PROVIDED AT THE VAIL COMMONS CAFETERIA ON DAVIDSON CAMPUS. 
BREAKFAST WILL BE PROVIDED AT THE DORM.
